Zadeh MD Skin is a collection of clinically proven, results driven skincare. We dispense medical grade products and are a medical facility. As such, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of items sold.

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. Our team is happy to answer any questions on usage instructions or results. Damaged Items

We take great pride in our order fulfillment and careful packaging. As such, once a package leaves our facility and the tracking number is registered, we are no longer responsible for how the package is handled by the carrier or where they leave it upon delivery (lost in transit, left in the sun, rain damage, broken items, theft, etc).

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will require photographic evidence of a damaged item with your correspondence. If we confirm that a product is indeed damaged on delivery, an exchange may be granted for the same product. If a product exchange is approved, the damaged product must be sent back to us within 7 days of the approval. Products sent to us later than 7 days will not be accepted.

Shipping fees are non - refundable. Any shipping fees will not be included in the exchange. Returns for exchange of damaged items must be shipped at your cost within 7 days of the approval. Please return the product via UPS or US mail or another common carrier. We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit; we recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance. Retain your shipping receipt for proof.

All returned or damaged merchandise must be in its original packaging. Returned or damaged products may not be altered. We reserve the right to deny the return if the item is not returned unused and complete with original packaging, or if we determine on arrival that the product is not indeed damaged.
